Remembering Cowboy Jack Clement



Cowboy Jack Clement passed away this day at age 82 after suffering with liver cancer.  The impact his songs and production had on the music world is staggering.  He recorded Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison, Billy Lee Riley, Johnny Cash, Charley Pride, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr., Townes Van Zandt and U2 among many others.  Just a small sampling of songs he wrote include "Ballad Of A Teenage Queen", "Guess Things Happen That Way", "Just A Girl I Used To Know" and more.
