Remembering Freddie Milano of The Belmonts


Freddie Milano from The Belmonts (pictured far left above) passed away at age 72 on January 1st, 2012.  He was one of the original members with Dion (pictured middle) and The Belmonts that had their first hit in 1958 with "I Wonder Why".  They were also part of the Winter Dance Party from 1959 as pictured below (young Waylon Jennings far left on bass...Milano second from right).


Dion & The Belmonts were inducted in the Vocal Group Hall Of Fame in 2000.  Here's some clips to remember Freddie Milano...
